MUV-U S.A.S

Backend Developer & Data Analyst

Data, CRM and servers at a study abroad agency

Overview

MUV-U is a study abroad agency. I worked there from July 2023 to January 2025, hybrid from Sabaneta, while studying for my degree.

I started with the data, cleaning up the CRM and building the Power BI reports for finance, sales and marketing. The job grew toward the CRM and the Zoho ecosystem, and then toward the company's IT infrastructure and support for its users.

Titles

  1. Jul 2023 – Jan 2025

Backend Developer · Data Analyst · CRM Analyst

I prepared and cleaned the CRM data, built the Power BI reports, automated CRM processes, developed components for the company website and designed how data enters the CRM. As IT analyst I also ran the company's servers.

What I did

  • Built Power BI reports with DAX for the finance, sales and marketing areas, which supported their strategic decisions.
  • Audited, cleaned and validated CRM data to enable reliable commercial analysis.
  • Led the automation of repetitive CRM operations to reduce the manual workload of the sales team.
  • Designed the incoming-data architecture to capture, normalize and transform information inside the CRM.
  • Developed web components and service integrations for the company's main web platform, which improved its usability and performance.
  • Grew from data analyst to CRM and Zoho ecosystem analyst, and later IT analyst as well.
  • Administered the company's server infrastructure and supported internal users.
